You’ll receive an email notification when your advent calendar is shipped or ready for collection.
The calendar is a pre-order, and payment is taken at the time of purchase.
The full advent calendar can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided all items are unopened and in their original condition.
Please note that it is not possible to return individual parts of the calendar, as it is sold as a single product.
If you purchase other items along with your advent calendar, they will be shipped together once the calendar is ready to dispatch.
