Payment You can pay with Visa-Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, and MobilePay Online. We do not charge card fees. The amount will only be deducted from your card once the item is dispatched.
Shipping Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. GLS Shop Delivery to your nearest parcel shop (delivery time: 1–2 weekdays): 0–5 kg: DKK 45 Free shipping to GLS Parcel Shops in Denmark for orders over DKK 500. Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If you have ordered multiple items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item. You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receipt. You can do so by emailing info@vildspire.dk. You cannot withdraw from the purchase by simply refusing to accept the goods without notifying us.
Partial Withdrawal If you have purchased multiple items, you may return one or more items, even if they were bought in a single order. Note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you withdraw from part of your purchase.
Returning Goods Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and bear the risk of any damage during transport. If the goods have lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may only receive a partial refund. The amount refunded depends on the commercial value of the goods, and in some cases, you may only be refunded the shipping costs.
Refund If you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive a refund. If the goods have lost value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of having returned them.

When returning goods, it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. We recommend obtaining a receipt from the carrier. If your parcel is lost, you are responsible for claiming compensation from the carrier. You may also withdraw from the purchase by notifying us and delivering the goods in person to the above address by prior arrangement.
About Hand-Dyed Yarn All our yarns are hand-dyed with plant-based materials. This means the colours behave differently from synthetic dyes. The colours are selected for their washfastness and lightfastness. However, you may find that some colours fade to a softer shade over time or bleed slightly during knitting. Yellows often fade slightly, while reds and blues may bleed—this has been known since plant dyeing began and is not considered a defect. Plant residues may be present in the yarn. With plant dyeing, it is not possible to recreate the exact same shade again. We therefore recommend purchasing enough yarn for your entire project at once. For larger projects, we also recommend alternating skeins every other row to avoid noticeable transitions.
The dye studio is pet- and smoke-free. Always hand wash using wool soap and dry flat in the shade. When not in use, store yarn and knitwear in the dark to preserve the colours.

Complaints As a consumer, your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you have a 24-month right to complain. If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the circumstances. You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect will always be considered timely. If your complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Goods must always be returned in adequate packaging. Remember to obtain a receipt for dispatch so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Privacy Policy We require the following information when you shop with us: name, address, telephone number, and email address. We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver your goods. Personal data is stored by Vildspire for five years, after which it is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of companies that store and process data on our behalf. These companies may only process data for our purposes and may not use it for their own. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that provide adequate protection for your data. The data controller for vildspire.dk is Vildspire. You have the right to know what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it—for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
