Payment

  • Accepted methods: Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, and MobilePay Online.
  • No card fees.
  • Payment timing: Your card is charged only when your order is shipped.

About Our Hand-Dyed Yarn

  • Natural dyes: All our yarns are hand-dyed with plant-based materials, so colours behave differently than synthetic dyes.
  • Colourfastness: We select dyes for washfastness and lightfastness, but some colours may fade softly over time or bleed slightly when knitting. Yellows often fade, while reds and blues may bleed—this is natural and not a defect.
  • Plant residues: Small plant particles may remain in the yarn.
  • Unique shades: Plant dyeing means each batch is unique. We recommend buying enough yarn for your entire project at once and alternating skeins every few rows to avoid noticeable transitions in larger projects.
  • Care instructions: Hand wash with wool soap, dry flat in the shade, and store in the dark when not in use.
  • Studio environment: Our dye studio is pet- and smoke-free.
