Shipping policy

Orders received before 12:00 pm on weekdays are dispatched on the same day.

Our shipments are ordinarily sent using the most cost‑effective yet secure method—typically to the nearest parcel shop. Only where this is not possible is the parcel delivered directly to the recipient’s address.

We utilise GLS parcel services within Denmark and PostNord, together with its partners, for deliveries beyond Denmark’s borders.

The freight charge is determined by the weight of the goods and is displayed automatically in your shopping basket as soon as the first item is added.

In addition, we offer free shipping once a specified order value is reached; this threshold varies according to the country from which you are ordering and is clearly indicated on the relevant product pages.

For shipments to countries outside the EU (including Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, etc.) customs duties, import taxes and VAT may be levied in the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or the shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery or to the customs authorities.
