Corozo Button 11 mm

Corozo is a natural material made from the seeds of the corozo palm – also known as vegetable ivory. Unlike plastic, corozo is fully biodegradable.

The production of corozo buttons does not require trees to be cut down – the fibres come from the tree’s seeds, which can only be used once they fall naturally. Otherwise, they are not mature enough for button production.

Corozo fibres are very dense and compact, resulting in impressive durability and excellent scratch resistance.

The buttons are dyed using environmentally friendly dyes and are OEKO-TEX 100 certified.
