Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation & Return Policy)

For EU & UK Customers

  • 14-day right of withdrawal: You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (or the last item, if delivered separately).
  • Notification: Inform us via email (info@vildspire.dk) within 14 days. You can use our standard withdrawal form if preferred.
  • Return period: Once notified, you have 14 days to return the item(s) at your own cost and risk.
  • Refund: We refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice or the returned goods. If the item’s value is reduced due to unnecessary handling, we may deduct this from your refund.

  • Note: We only accept returns sent directly to this address, not to parcel shops. Keep your proof of postage.

For Canadian Customers

  • No general 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
  • Defective or misrepresented items: You may return or cancel if the item is faulty, not as described, or if required by provincial law (e.g., Ontario: 10–30 days for specific contracts).

  • No general right of withdrawal for change of mind.
  • Faulty or misrepresented items: You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the item is defective, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees.

Complaints & Claims

  • EU/UK: If you are unsatisfied, contact us first. If unresolved, you can file a complaint with the Danish Complaints Centre or, if you reside in another EU country, via the EU Commission’s online complaint portal: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
