Slow Salon

Slow Salon is inspired by knitting cafés and conversation salons. It’s designed as a space where we can gather around handcrafts and the art of slow making.

Perhaps you knit, or maybe you prefer sewing, embroidery, drawing, paper crafts, crochet, watercolour painting, or mending. Maybe you have a project that’s stalled because you’re unsure of the next step—let’s meet and help each other!

The most important thing is that you want to share your time and let your craft inspire others.

Practical information
Slow Salon takes place in my living room at Østre Langgade 45, Ans By, Denmark (just north of Silkeborg - if your way should be in that direction). The cost is DKK 35, which includes tea/coffee and homemade cake. I hope you’ll join us for a cosy evening—sign up below by 14:00 on the day.
